Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE) Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), established in 1979 by the late Shri R. Dayananda Sagar, is a premier autonomous engineering institution located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Managed by the Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Peetha Trust, DSCE is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
